Learn how to configure your custom headers and junctions with Daman's Quick Block!

At Daman products, continuous improvement is key to distributor success. That's why we've developed Quick Block, our brand new service that allows you to easily configure your own custom headers and junctions. Once submitted via our online Quick Block platform, you will receive a quote and 3D model in three business hours or less. Here's how it works. To get started, visit daman.com and click the Quick Block button in the top right corner of your screen. Here you will see a preview of Quick Block services and will need to request access to begin. The request access button will take you to a form where you will submit your name, company info and contact information. We will then send an email approving your request.
At this point, you can now log into your all new Quick Block account and begin designing your specific manifold solution. Simply select your manifold style, either a junction or header, your port configuration, port size and station information. From here, you'll be able to customize your selection with additional stations and will be able to see your work in real time with our 3D viewer. Next, you'll be able to select material and coating and add any further specifications. Note that the rough prototype price estimate is not available for coated parts.
As you configure your part, you'll have a rough estimate of the prototype costs, as well as full on-screen 3D visibility. Here, you can also input any notes or special requests for your custom manifold solution and submit your request for Daman's internal processing. Less than three hours after you submit your request, you will receive a formal quote with quantity breaks and a 3D model of your design, and within three weeks from placing your order, you'll receive your finished manifold solution.
