Mike McIntyre
What can we say about Mike Mac? He joined Daman in 1991, so understandably he is well known in the Daman community. Currently, Mike works directly with customers on quotes and project development. Internally, he coordinates efforts to improve custom project services and support. He’s held a variety of positions including shift foreman and cell leader. Mike has run the gamut of all things Daman. In 1998, he assisted in rolling out the pilot program for cellular manufacturing. Daman now has five independently run cells, which allows Daman to work smarter and more efficient. In his spare time, Mike enjoys the company of his friends and family, including five grandchildren. Trevor Henkler
As a graduate of Purdue University, Trevor came to work for Daman in 2008, where he started out in design. Trevor’s strengths are providing technical support for both standard and custom products, in addition to quoting and layouts. One thing he loves about his work at Daman is the ability to see custom products created for new, emerging markets. Outside of Daman, Trevor tends to several collections including tools and cars. Todd Crocker
Todd started working at Daman in 2010 after attending Valparaiso University. His strengths are in low quantity, high difficulty custom manifolds. Before his work in Sales Development, Todd worked in Cell C, where he performed highly detailed machine programming. Todd currently manages the RFQ process for custom quoting and works on special projects to forward the level of service provided for our customers. In his free time, Todd is an avid sports fan, and as of late, he resides on cloud nine since the Chicago Cubs won the World Series. He can be found flying the W at his desk, in and around town.
