Daman has evolved our services to include the sourcing, assembly, testing and drop shipping of custom manifold assemblies. Daman offers these integrated solutions with valves and filter cartridges, and in a variety of different materials – ductile, aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. We partner with our distributors to reduce supply chain delays by sourcing valves directly from the manufacturers, completing the valve and manifold assembly at our facility in Mishawaka, and testing the assemblies in-house for optimized performance.
Currently, we can perform leak testing (external) and static pressure testing (internal) on manifolds that are between 200 psi to 5000 psi with up to 12.4 gpm flow. We’ve dedicated an area on our shop floor where we can set pressure valves, both relief and pressure reducing valves. In the near future, as the Manifold Solutions Center of Excellence, we will be able to test fully assembled manifolds.
With our expansion and becoming a Manifold Solutions Center of Excellence, we will have a larger assembly and testing area, where we will be able to run full tests on assembled manifolds. We will also have a larger assembly team to take on more AMVP projects.
By sourcing components directly from valve partners and completing the manifold assembly at our factory in Mishawaka, we are able to reduce supply chain delays for distributors. We have also partnered with nearly 50 major valve manufacturers to inventory over 750 cartridge cavity tools for quick turnaround of integrated solutions.
