Since 1976, Daman has been manufacturing high-quality, custom manifolds. Our vast experience and culture of continuous improvement has allowed our design and manufacturing capabilities to remain unsurpassed.
We process more than 150 custom manifold quotations every week, most within 24 hours. Over 65 percent of the production at Daman is for custom manifolds with unique fluid power needs. Our state-of-the-art design and high-quality manufacturing services ensure accuracy and quick turnaround. With over 140 years of combined experience, Daman's design team completes between 1500 to 2000 drawings each year.
Our project developers work at the same level of competency with the ability to design the simplest to the most complicated manifolds. Over the course of the last two decades, our design team has consistently achieved a 98.56 percent design accuracy rating for new projects.
We can work from your prints or start from scratch to design your prototype manifold solution. If a product or similar product already exists, we can also use that block or drawing. The process begins by redrawing the customer-provided circuit and designing the part.
We use a sophisticated 3D software called HydroMan that eliminates potential mistakes during the design process. Our designer also uses a checklist to ensure accuracy.
Once the design is approved, it is ready for production. A complete copy of the design final is given to the production team. The production team member will refer to the design files throughout the manufacturing process to ensure accuracy.
