Kim Malicki - Office Manager
Kim joined Daman in July of 2015 in the Office Manager role. Prior she served as an accountant for Goodwill Industries of Michiana for nearly 10 years and an outside sales representative for All In One Communications of South Bend. She has a BA in Accounting from Ivy Tech.
Kim is process-oriented and she backs systems and structure up with details. Her strengths are conceptualizing plans, steps and routines that are complex in nature and will stabilize the organization and support its people.

Luke Pietrucha - East Region Account Manager
Luke has been with Daman since 2013 and has served as a Production Team Member and in Custom Project Development. Prior he served in Assistant and Head Golf Professional roles at three different golf facilities in Florida and Indiana.
Luke's strengths are relationship building, day-to-day operations, administration and marketing; where creating an excellent customer experience is his primary objective.

A Farewell to Tom Weinkauf
Daman bids farewell to Tom Weinkauf after 36 years of employment. In June of 1979, Tom Weinkauf came to work for Jack Davis, the founder of Daman Products. Over the course of his time at Daman, Tom has designed entire product lines, created catalogs, implemented CAD software, quoted parts, entered orders and trained numerous people in drafting and design. Tom has also been a catalyst for understanding industry standards and representing Daman around the world on Industry committees such as NFPA and ISO. From all of us at Daman -- best wishes Tom!
