2021 NACJ Company Profile - Daman Products was recognized in the Spring 2021 issue of North American Construction Journal. View our company profile here.

2018 Core Value Award Recipient - Larry Davis, CEO of Daman, was one of five recipients of the Core Value Award by the Renaissance Executive Forum (REF), a group whose goal is to lead leaders to the next level.

2013 Inc Magazine Fastest Growing Companies - Daman Products ranks #51 in the Top 100 Indiana Companies and #3071 in Inc. Magazine’s 2013 Top 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the nation.

 

2012 Safety Achievement Award – Accident Fund Insurance Company of America, a Michigan-based provider of workers’ compensation insurance, honored Daman for its efforts to improve workplace safety by designing tools that improve ergonomics and reduce repetitive motion injuries.

 

2011 Samaritan Award – The Samaritan Counseling Center in St. Joseph County, Ind., recognized Daman’s unconventional practice of continuously improving the productivity of its employees and employee satisfaction through team building and self-management. The award honors workplaces that demonstrate the importance of work and life initiatives and provide family-friendly work environments.

 

2011 Contributions to Education – Corporate Award – The South Bend Alumni Association recognized Daman’s active involvement with education programs that positively affect students in the South Bend Community Schools.

 

2009 AME Manufacturing Excellence Award – Great Lakes Region – The Association for Manufacturing Excellence honors companies that demonstrate significant progress in their journeys toward enterprise excellence through continuous improvement over a three-year period.

 

2008 One of 50 Indiana Companies to Watch – Given by a consortium of state and non-profit organizations, the award honors second-stage entrepreneurs and their companies that are “known for their performance in the marketplace, innovative products, unique processes or philanthropic actions.” It also recognizes companies that make a significant economic impact as measured in thousands of jobs and millions of dollars of revenue in the state.

 

2005 Spirit Award Finalist–Entrepreneurial Award of Distinction – Sponsored by the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, this award recognizes outstanding emerging and established companies within the state of Indiana for their achievements in innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

 

2005 Indiana Small Business Person of the Year – The Indiana District Office of the Small Business Administration (SBA) honored Larry M. Davis, president of Daman Products Company, Inc., as Indiana’s Small Business Person of the Year.
