Daman's expertise at organizational systems improvement is now taught through quarterly seminars and tours for groups interested in understanding more about the concept and why it produces success. Donations received for this effort are set aside for our annual Fluid Power Challenge event. For more information, contact Daman Products.

Leaders in Education

Daman believes strongly in cultivating the energy of leadership and innovation within our education systems and improving the future of our children. We invite students from local school corporations to Daman to learn about the core functions required to operate our business – engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing. EDUCATION

At Daman, we believe strongly in improving the future of our children by cultivating leadership and innovation within our education systems. Studies show that the competitiveness of the U.S. is linked closely to the success of our youth in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields.

Each year, Daman invites students from local schools to learn about the core functions required to operate our business – engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing. The field trip experience gives students better insight into career opportunities and how they can apply their education. We also support and participate in the following events which help improve the capacity and diversity of the STEM workforce pipeline.
